These bands are made of latex, not materials such as Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE) – TPE materials cost 40% less, are not gentle to skin and much less durable.
Second, our bands are comfortable, soft and easy on the skin. The only way to achieve that is to let the latex rest for a long time in tightly controlled circumstances such as temperature and humidity before making the bands.
Both of these involve a higher investment for us but we think it’s worth it to create a better product.

Great but TINY—best for smaller bodies but doable-ish for plus size
Great loops for exercise. If you are plus size, keep in mind these are TINY. I struggle a little with mobility and they can be difficult to get up my legs for squats due to the tiny size. I had some that weren’t nearly so small before and was fine… these are best for tiny gals exercising but still great bands. Great for overhead bicep workout if plus sized.

This set of Fit Simplify resistance bands has been a fantastic addition to my workouts. Great bands and cool color scheme
Really love these bands and the color scheme! There is a lot of variance between the different bands. The dark one is the toughest band I’ve used. The pink one is extremely stretchy. Generally I use the one right in the middle for most stretches. I like that it comes with good instructions on different stretches to do and a bag for carrying, it’s very useful.

It’s perfect, also it’s cute (well I love the purple color ones that I got) but it’s small, portable. I put it in my jacket pocket and use it at the gym and I love it so much. And ong it totally works cause Jesus I be feeling the burn when I work out 😭😭 100% recommendation. Also I’m working on flexibility and I was worried it would snap. But it hasn’t at all. Of course though if you’re looking to have big resistance bands these are small ones. Used for small workout actions and that resistance. However those big bands for putting on the bar so you can lift yourself up with. It’s not these ones you gotta keep searching. But for the small resistance bands to work out your legs arms and back and chest, it’s definitely these :>

Storage Bag Not As Pictured & Broke Day 1
These bands are good, yet they roll during any small pulsing movements, but for good stretches they work great. The storage bag is not the color, size, nor the quality shown in the pictures for all color combinations shown on Amazon. In fact, the storage bag has no toggle, is thin fake satin, and broke on day one…it is cheap garbage and barely fits all the bands…disappointed.

Las bandas se ven y sienten de buena calidad. Solo he usado la de resistencia media para varios ejercicios y funciona perfectamente. Vienen en una bolsa muy práctica para guardarlas todas.Preferiría que no viniera cada una envuelta de manera individual en plástico, pues me parece mucho desperdicio. Pero es una apreciación independiente de su calidad.

Absolutely love them. They offer so many different strengths for various excersises. Just watch out for sellers other than Fit Simplify. Facebook and Instagram have lots of videos and ideas how to use them.The first order I did was a fake bands with no logos on them. And after noticing that under same listing was 2 different sellers..one was ZHRETAIL and other was Fit Simplify. And the bands from Fit Simplify have so much more density and they are thicker and not so flimsy like the other ones. The fake ones are thin and shiny but the original ones are almost matt.The other seller seems to have disappeared from the same listing now after I sent them an email saying they are selling fake product under the exact same description. Facebook and Instagram have lots of videos and ideas how to use them
