I’m always looking for female-directed probiotics and picked this one up as soon as I saw it was pineapple flavored. So far so good. I have read many pieces of research touting the benefits of Lactobacillicus Coagulans, which is present in these gummies at a decent level of 1 billion CFUs. Another thing I find beneficial and that is contained in these gummies in pineapple fruit powder. For me, it is great for my digestion and it also helps with allergies. These gummies also contain d-mannose, which is great for preventing urinary tract infections. Same with the cranberry extract present.For all these reasons, I feel like these gummies are of benefit to me. I also enjoy the pineapple flavor and the fact that they are sugar-free and vegan. What also helps is the fact that these appear to be clean, as per the manufacturer label – natural colors and ingredients.

These claim to do a lot for female health, and they came in a nice bottle, that was sealed, and they smell like candy. However, I missed the fact that they are made in China and for that fact alone I probably will not risk taking them because I know the safety and testing standards plus ingredient listing practices are not the same as in other countries.

gum drops with gut support
These are like yummy tasting pineapple gumdrops! The hardest part about these for me is they stick to each other a lot. It’s challenging to get them out of the container since they are clinging to each other. I found I have to put a bread knife in it and bonk them around until I can loosen a couple to take. I do feel better in my digestive and GI issues after using these daily for a couple weeks.

These feminine gummies are double sealed with a childproof cap, which I appreciate for any supplement that looks like candy. The package sat outside in heat for most the day of delivery, and they didn’t clump and stick to each other, which is always nice. They smell sweet, and have a fruity/citrus taste like an orange pineapple flavor. They are a bit gummy and somewhat sticky on teeth, but it’s not too sticky that it’s a turn off. I like how it has a probiotic, vitamin C, and cranberry extract, and I can see the health benefits in those. Taking 2 a day makes it a one month supply, and they are definitely a good option for a tasty supplement to support healthy flora and urination.
