    Good wualit. Bands stretch a lot
    The actual bands are quite long. Not everyone has model length legs. The quality is good and I am trying to figure out how to effectively use

    Exactly what I wanted. They come in different resistance bands, and the cuffs are adjustable. I started using them for my leg workouts and it really makes a difference in where you feel the most work was put in. Where I would do them everyday without these, I needed a break right after lol. It comes with a little booklet for where you can use these in your exercises.Update: I originally bought these May 13th and here it is June 26th and the 10lb band is beginning to tear. I understand that the material isn’t really sturdy or that I could have exhausted them too soon but a month is crazy. I’m taking that as the time to go to the next resistance of 20 lbs but please take this into consideration when ordering. They are still very much what I wanted.

    Great for glutes and abs
    These are a great addition to my home gym. Every time I’ve used them, I’ve been so sore the next day. They are really great for glutes and abs, and it’s nice that you can double up on the elastics for extra resistance. The ankle wraps are really comfy and they stay in place well, other than a bit of rotating depending in the exercise.

    So so
    I end up going for my booty bands more than these. The bands end up being too long, even when using the highest resistance, you still have to kick your leg back pretty far to feel the burn. It’s. Decent alternative if you don’t have a cable machine, I just don’t reach for them as often.
