Comfortable, sure grip
My old dumbbell weights were only 5 lbs and the plastic was peeling off. These are perfect for my size and weight and just a bit heavier since I’ve been wanting to increase the weight but not too much. My focus at 76 yrs of age is more reps, not too much weight. These are perfect and they feel good to grip/lift. I ordered the yellow– a happy color for exercising at any age!

Great Quality
Great quality for being the Amazon brand. The material is thick enough to give the weight a great look and a good grip. The size and shape is typical, but better than the plastic ones I’ve seen. Can be used for many different movements and exercises. Store easily and don’t take up much space.I do wish the color was different. I’m sure it’s just me, but colors affect my brain and mood, so dull colors like this don’t exactly excite my brain, which can affect my mood and motivation.

STELLAR FORM IS ALWAYS ESSENTIAL.MY WEIGHTS WENT UP TO 10 POUNDS, SO I DEFINITELY NEEDED ADDITIONAL WEIGHTS for those who can progress to 15 pounds safely. I MAINLY STARTED AS A MANUAL THERAPIST EMPLOYING AN HOUR (ANYONE WHO HAS BEEN TO PT KNOWS THIS KIND OF ONE ON ONE TREATMENT IS UNHEARD OF) OF MYOFASCIAL RELEASE, TRIGGER POINT THERAPY, DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE, AND APPROPRIATE STRETCHING. ONCE PATIENTS WERE ABLE, I INITIATED THERAPEUTIC EXERCISE. I WAS GETTING SO MANY REFERRALS THAT I MOVED FROM MY SMALL SPACE AND GOT A LARGER SPACE THAT LOOKS LIKE A TYPICAL PT CLINIC. I STILL EMPLOY ONE ON ONE TREATMENT BUT I HAVE HIRED HELP TO ASSIST PATIENTS WITH EXERCISE AND STRETCHING. I NEEDED MORE WEIGHTS BECAUSE MINE ONLY WENT UP TO TEN POUNDS. I BOUGHT THE SET IT I DID TO FIRST CHECK THEM OUT. I ADORE THESE AND HAVE SINCE ORDERED OTHER SETS. I LOVE TO WORKOUT AND I NEEDED TO USE THESE WEIGHTS MYSELF!! YOU CANNOT BEAT THE PRICE EITHER!!THESE ARE ABSOLUTELY APPROPRIATE FOR PROFESSIONAL USE, AND, THEY ARE MEANT FOR PERSONAL USE AS WELL. SOMETIMES YOU JUST CANNOT GET TO THE GYM SO THIS IS WHERE THEY ARE KEY. HAND WEIGHTS HAVE THE ABILITY TO EXERCISE EACH MUSCLE OF THE TORSO AND ARMS. THERE ARE SOME EXCELLENT WEIGHT CHARTS OUT THERE TO SHOW YOU HOW TO DO THAT. IF YOU ARE GOING TO PHYSICAL THERAPY, THEN YOUR THERAPIST CAN INSTRUCT YOU AND KEEP YOU IN GOOD FORM. YOU COULD POSSIBLY HURT YOURSELF IF YOU WORKOUT INCORRECTLY. AS FAR AS THE LOWER EXTREMITIES, YOU CAN DO GROSS MOTOR EXERCISES BY HOLDING THESE WEIGHTS TO GET YOUR LEG MUSCLES BY DOING SQUATS, WALKING LUNGES, TOE RAISES, AND MORE. I DONT BELIEVE THAT MANY PEOPLE REALIZE JUST HOW MUCH YOU CAN DO FULL BODY EXERCISES WITH JUST TWO HAND WEIGHTS.IN CONCLUSION , THESE ARE EXCELLENT WEIGHTS THAT I WOULD RECOMMEND TO MY PATIENTS OR FRIENDS. I use them every single day. They feel so nice in my hands I hate to put them down. They look very nice too. Which makes me want to pick them up more often. I leave them out as ornaments too. They look so nice they give a nice accent to wherever I put them down and it tells a story to others a little something about me. The coating is very rugged. I had to use one as a Hammer and it didnt hurt the nice rubber coating. The coating is thick enough if you drop one it doesnt wreck the floor. They are perfect in every way.

They sent me the wrong sizes and they came in the wrong colours. The weights themselves are good quality and so is the stand. However the colour on the yellow weights immediately started coming off on my hands and nails. Good weights but not pleased with the service of the company or their commitment to customer service.
