A very practical exercise chair.
I absolutely love this versatile work out bench! It is very sturdy, I can use it for a lot of different exercises, & it doesn’t take up much space! I love how easily it folds to fit in my closet! When i got it in the box it was so easy to put together, it took no time at all to put together! The cushions are extremely comfortable & it was definitely worth every penny i paid for it!

Pretty stable workout bench. You can easily change from high to low angles on the backrest. The bungee type resistance bands are pretty much useless, but if you’re using your own weights for a bench or shoulder press, it works well.
