Easy to assemble but very sturdy
This bench is fairly sturdy and was easy to assemble, all hardware and tools are included so it’s really easy to get set up right away. It looks great and has a wide range of adjustability for incline/decline use, as well as being easily foldable for storage. This is a great bench for a small home gym setup and is a very nice bench for the price

Sturdy, adjustable, and folds up nicely — solid bench for home workouts
This bench checks a lot of boxes if you’re building a compact home gym. It’s surprisingly sturdy for the price and weight — I’ve loaded it up with dumbbells and done everything from incline press to decline sit-ups, and it hasn’t shifted or creaked under load. The 700 lb rating feels believable, especially with the wider front foot tubes providing good ground contact.Adjusting the backrest is quick and intuitive — no wrestling with pins or awkward brackets. The 9 positions cover everything I need for flat, incline, and decline movements. The padding is firm but comfortable, and the non-slip surface is actually helpful when doing higher-rep sets where you don’t want to slide around.Big plus: this thing folds down small. Once folded, it’s easy to stash upright in a corner or under a bed. And at just over 20 lbs, it’s light enough to move around without being flimsy. The carrying cord is a nice touch too.It came mostly pre-assembled — took less than 5 minutes to set up, which was appreciated. The included resistance bands aren’t heavy-duty, but they’re fine for warmups or adding some variety to accessory work.Only minor nitpick: the seat isn’t independently adjustable from the backrest, so in steeper incline positions, there’s a little bit of sliding if you’re not braced properly. Not a dealbreaker, but worth knowing.If you need a versatile bench that doesn’t take up much space and won’t wobble mid-set, this is a smart pick.

Stows away nice and it’s durable
Easy assembly just what I was looking for folds up and gets out of the way when not in use I do light dumbbell workouts a few times a week and this fits in the corner of my bedroom when not in use It holds me and I weigh about 215 lb 6 ft plus the weights that I’m using which is anywhere between 25 and 50 lb in each hand and have no stability issues with this I have a few more of this brand’s products and won’t hesitate to send anybody their way seems well built durable and has perfect function for my needs if you don’t need a full gym and you just looking for a small bench to do some light working out this is perfect even as a secondary option in an office or man cave It stows away when not in use I may get a secondary one seeing that I have a two-story home one for upstairs one for downstairs

Nice bench!
I’m very happy with this bench and have used it quite a few times. Appreciate the extra elastic ropes, but haven’t used them much.Pros: It is very adjustable and folds up when not in use. Cushioning amount is just right. They included all the wrenches you need to put this together so you don’t need to go digging through your toolbox.Coms: It was a little difficult to put together simply because the directions are unclear. The rubber bases are supposed to be turned to help adjust the height and make it more stable, but I was unable to turn them. This didn’t really matter since it was level already, but might be difficult if someone needed to adjust them. It fits me perfectly, but may be too small for someone larger. (For reference I am 5’7″ and 130 lbs.)Overall this is a great workout bench for the price.

Decent inexpensive weight bench
First of all, I like that this folds up and can be stored.Assembly was a little tricky, the instructions could be better. However, they do give you all the tools you need in order to put it together.It is very sturdy when I use it, and it’s versatile as well. It’s the right size for an average size person to be able to use. I think this is a great addition to any home gym, and for the price, honestly you can’t go wrong. It’s a good value.

Good Beginners Basic!
This is great for a beginner and is very manageable for small spaces. It is not very bulky, and with that said it might be best suited for smaller people. I am 220, 6ft and this is just a little small for me. Doesn’t feel adequate for me personally but it could for someone shorter. The assembly isn’t terrible if you enjoy putting things together. Tools provided, but I personally didn’t find the instructions to be the best. I also like that it comes in a fairly small box and easy to bring inside and unbox. I also suggest this as beginner because it will not be a major investment for someone if they lose interest or decide to join a gym. This is good idea for someone that doesn’t have extra space for at home gym but wants to have something quick nearby to do some basics.

I simply loved it, I train from home since I don’t like to leave the house much because I have social phobia, so I needed something that wasn’t too big so that it would fit comfortably in the room and I could put it away at the end of each day since order and cleanliness are very important to me, with this equipment I got everything as you can see it folds up to store it is very light and at the same time of great quality, I love the bands it came with and I can add stretch bands if I want, it can be adjusted to different levels to do sit-ups and what I enjoy the most is that it is very comfortable and makes training easier for me, I definitely love it and I recommend it
