Easy to change weight, compact size.
I received one dumbbell through Amazon‘s Vine Program. These are great. Just a small turn of the grip and the weight is changed. The weights are tightly stacked, so you have to wobble a bit to insert them back. The advantage is that these are shorter than other brands and you don’t bump them into yourself or your equipment. I bought a second one, the price is really good.

Great small wieght set for anyone that has a small home gym set.
This is a fantastic adjustable weight set that’s both versatile and well-built. The color looks great and doesn’t seem like it will fade over time the way some cheaper sets do. The grip is excellent—comfortable for both my larger hands and my wife’s smaller hands, which makes it a good fit for multiple users in the household.Adjusting the weights is quick and easy, so it’s simple to move between different exercises without breaking your workout flow. The locking system feels secure, and the overall build quality gives confidence that these will last.Overall, this set is absolutely worth the money. Very helpful to help with your muscle tone and fitness goals
I purchased a new home not too long ago and I dedicated one of the rooms to being a home gym.It makes it more convenient a lot of days where I can’t make it to the gym so I am absolutely thrilled with it.I have a really good assortment of equipment already, but I always tend to look for new and different items that I can try and add to it.I do have a high-end set of adjustable dumbbells, but I wanted to get another for single use that I can use in another room.So when I came across this, I thought I would go ahead and give it a try and placed an order for it.It came the same week and overall I think it’s pretty good.On the plus side, it’s lower in weight and smaller than the ones I have so that’s a positive for me.It is aesthetically pleasing. It looks great.It’s made pretty well, but it definitely has room for improvement.It’s easy enough to use as far as adjusting the weight, but, the execution leaves a bit to be desired.You basically turn the handle left or right to set the weight that you want.It only takes a few small clicks to do so, and when it works well, it’s really great. Very nice and smooth although not as smooth as my others and I feel that sometimes you have to maneuver it a bit to unlock it from being in place and putting back in the base.So I am taking a star off for that reason but as far as somebody who is maybe a beginner or doesn’t use a lot of weight, this may be a lot more ideal for you.I think as far as the quality, it’s a little bit high priced, but it’s a lot less expensive than what I had paid for my other set.I do think it’s a nice product in the sense that you can use it for your upper body to get a nice result as far as toning up, but I feel that the results that you will get depend upon what you typically are able to lift.If you are new to adjustable weights, they are great. They take the place of needing multiple sets of dumbbells.This one goes from 2.5 pounds to 25 pounds, whereas my other ones go a little bit more than 50 pounds, so when I’m looking to build muscle, I really don’t use this one.But I think others may get great results depending on what you plan to use it for so I definitely do recommend it still.My only worry is that it may get tougher to adjust the weight and lift out of the base over time, so I will revisit this review if I need to make any adjustments to my rating.I hope this helps you to make a more well informed decision.

Really cool concept
I wasn’t sure how sturdy or easy to use this would be but it was surprisingly quick to figure out! The grip is comfortable and I don’t worry I’ll lose control. The button to switch the weight took me about 5 seconds to figure out. It would have been quicker if I had bothered to read the directions but considering I didn’t I’d say it’s pretty self explanatory. The base takes up a bit of room but certainly no more than housing every weight between 3-25 pounds would take up. Overall these are good quality, easy to use, and worth the price since you’re only buying one set. Definitely a good deal!

Would consider other value options
I like that this set adjusts to 10 different weight levels, which makes it really versatile for a wide range of exercises. It’s definitely convenient to have everything in one compact setup instead of a whole rack of dumbbells.That said, the mechanics aren’t the smoothest. Taking the dumbbells out of the base and putting them back in requires some effort and a bit of adjusting to make sure they sit right. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it can slow down your workout if you’re switching weights often.Overall, they do the job, but for the price point you might want to explore other options—especially if you don’t need that many weight increments between 2.5 lbs and 25 lbs.

Perfect for the beginner weight lifter
My 11 y/old son recently attended a baseball camp where he was picked on for having skinny arms (going so far as to tell him that he was going to be made fun of on the regular when he started middle school next year bc of his skinny arms). He’s skinny all over – we can’t feed him enough and there’s really not much we can do about it until his growth spurts catch up and even out. But we needed something that would help him at the very least feel like he was working towards bigger, more muscular arms. I’m a single mom (his dad passed four years ago), so it needed to be something simple but he kept turning his nose up at all the basic hand weights I suggested. This adjustable weight has been the perfect answer. With a max weight of 25 and a min weight of 2.5 (add or subtract 2.5 lbs for each click / turn of the bar). It also comes with a comprehensive exercise / instruction chart. My only complaint is that I wish it was a pair and not just the single weight. Highly recommended
