Very Good Beginner Resistance Band Set
These take a little getting used to, but I enjoy using this resistance band set. I am a beginner when it comes to exercise, so when I saw this “all-in-one” kind of set, I thought I’d give it a try.The band is very strong and has a good bit of resistance by itself; paired with the various attachments, it definitely makes for a good workout. This set comes with handles and a bar to work out your arms and upper body, along with ankle cuffs and a door anchor for your legs.The instruction booklet that comes with it is sufficient to show you a general way to use the attachments; however, it was helpful for me to go online and find videos of other examples of exercises to use with resistance bands. Overall, I am pleased with the set and just hope I can keep up the motivation to continue using it!

Cheap price is cheap quality. But decent.
First, the threads were filled with paint and not very straight. Very difficult to put the bar together, and to put the handles on. Its cheap quality for 15$ on sale for 50% off. The band is also a little cheap and so are the plastic handles. The design is pretty good for a variety of exercises. Not for tall people. But you can buy different and better bands for it. I do like the handles and the bar is decently sized. The foam is comfortable. With the threading being off., it might be harder to take down and switch out. Maybe some acetone and sanding will make this better. It wouldn’t be too hard to find a long screw and some lite weights to attach to it but different bands will work.

Clever handles for workouts
The handles on this set are clever and make adjusting tension quick, which helps keep my workouts moving smoothly. I’ve found it especially effective for arm exercises, and the grip feels secure during curls or presses. The included bands are just OK, they work well enough and seem accurate, but they’re not the highest quality I’ve tried. I also tried using some of my other bands, but they don’t quite fit the system as intended, though I was able to thread them through the bottom and around the head to make them usable. The setup is easy to use and feels stable, which is important when pulling hard during a workout. For the price, I think it’s a good value considering the overall design and versatility.

Great Set With Handles
I have some bands in my gym, but they’re old school and gripping them is annoying. I was looking for an upgrade and found this set with handles. It also has a little guide to show how to use all the attachments. They’re great to use for gentle stretching and therapy type workouts and store away easily in the included bag.

Nice quality, but not value added!
I can’t see the real value added purpose of this kit. Everything you can do with it can be more easily and effectively done with a bag of resistance bands with handles.The single resistance band offers little opportunity to adjust resistance or comfortably do some exercises with the full pole. And your height will have a great impact on how useful it is. The taller you are, the less likely you’ll be able to properly or adequately perform certain exercises like squats and deadlifts. Additionally, the ankle straps have no padding, making them uncomfortable to use compared to many other ankle straps.Sometimes it’s nice to add items that add variety to your exercise routine. But oftentimes there are items that aren’t really worth the cost or space. Unfortunately, this kit falls into the latter group.

Fine for the price
At this price this exercise band is quite effective at what it does.These would be especially great if you have limited space in an apartment.It comes with a nice bag to hold everything and a great addition to your casual workout gear.As others have mentioned if you are tall look elsewhere as the length wouldn’t suit.I’m marking it down one star as it only comes with one band.

Simple to use. Good for limited spaces
This works great! It’s comfortable to use and the overall quality feels like it’ll last awhile. The bands are stretchy but do have a slightly bad rubber smell to it. The resistance is great for those who want to tone or just getting into working out. You won’t get triple digit weight resistance but it’s good enough for beginners.The bar is not super wide so that could be good or bad depending on what you want to do. Everything is padded for comfort though.Good value overall for the price.
