Thoughts on the Drone 2 with weight stacks
Best rack I’ve owned and exceeded all expectations. It basically has everything I’ve been looking for in a rack. My experience has been smooth pulleys on the cables, easy to adjust the weight, very nice smith machine and really sturdy. Easy to add, remove, or quickly adjust the rack for different workouts.It really requires at least two people to put this machine together.Only improvement I can think of that i wish it had was that the bumper plate holders are not where I’d want them, they are currently located on the rear of the machine. I think it would have been better to put the weight stacks on the rear and the bumper plate holders on the side instead. This way I could put it against the wall. I don’t think any manufacturers did that yet but it would be an improvement to me. This would also save time as the weight stacks would be side by side so I could adjust them both from the inside and the bumper plates would be closer to the smith machine bar. Not the end of the world just a observation.

Best home gym for home for the price
My first rack and amith machine. It was really easy to put together and seems sturdy enough for me. The cement weight and included plates are more than I need. 1:1 ratio is great, I did buy chains to extend the handles so I can work further away but I knew that going into the purchase. Customer service team was also great, they were able to deal with pricing issue since the unit went on sale two weeks after I ordered it and they were able to match the price. The lifting belt that comes with unit is medium size at best. I did buy different attachments to meet my needs. Overall a great unit for home gym.

5+ hour assembly time . Great machine
I smoked a bowl and drank a large coffee right before I startedThis took me 5+ hrs from start to finishI used a impact gun and ratcheting wrenchesThat’s opening all the boxes, assembling everything, testing, and cleaning up.Put this together by myselfMake sure you stack the weights properlyCouple awkward parts like the pull up bar took a little finesse solo and the smith machines part was confusing from the directions and the videos but eventually figured it out(I was stoned the entire process)Sober with extra hands and pre washing assembly video this should take a experienced person about 2.5-3hrs maybe longer maybe faster there’s just a lot of washers and bolt 😂 😂 😂

Great Smith Machine for building home gym!!!
Took forever to come in but 100% satisfied with purchase! Instructions were easy to follow, one man assembly took approximately 4 hours total. All pulleys and smith machine operated extremely smooth! I purchased upgraded attachments in advance after I read that the ones that come with it are not the best quality. The weight racks mount on back of the machine and I wanted the machine against the wall so I mounted them on the wall directly into the studs. Great machine at a budget price!

Great Product
Amazing machine. Was missing a piece when building but it was easy to get in contact with the owners who sent the missing piece to me quickly. I use the machine every day and have no issues. The build was easy and there is a video instructions online as well as the paper instructions that come with the product. Building the machine took some time as I built it myself but with some help it could be done quicker. 5 stars no issues and great customer service!

Excellent Smith Machine for the money. I have worked out for years and my 16 year old son started getting serious about working out and asked if we could get a Smith Machine. After researching and reading reviews I decided to go with the Major Fitness Drone 2. I am not disappointed, has everything you need. Whether you are a beginner or someone who has worked out for a while, this is the machine for you. Now, I’m not going to lie, but it did take my son and I close to 5 hours to put together. Just follow the directions and take your time. One other thing I have to give credit to is one of the cables had a slight tear in it so I called Major Fitness to get it replaced. The lady had me email a picture of the part said they would send a new one out immediately. She gave me a tracking number, part came 3 days later and she called to make sure I received it and it worked. Best customer service experience i ever had.

It gets the job done. This is truly a beginners set up, and you’re not paying for quality. The bench is made for people maybe 5’ tall or less, so that would be good to know. Expect the weights to be chipping paint everywhere. Expect the weights to be chipped.
