Love the ease of being able to pack this up and go for use anywhere. The free 8 week plan is great in the fact that you can open an exercise and see a you tube video on how to do it. Wish the free plan was emailed vs. Facebook messenger. The fact that the resistance is so variable is a huge bonus.

The bar came already damaged, although not enough for it to not be usable. There are NO instructions on workouts, movements, etc- there is a QR code that opens to a Facebook Messenger app – which I do not have & will not be downloading. If you buy this, be prepared for it to be possibly damaged & be ready to find your own workouts (there are plenty on YouTube) Resistance bands are nice, I can already tell they are getting stretched out after only a few days of use. I am sure there are better ones for more money out there, but this was cheap enough, sturdy, and easy to assemble- despite the numerous flaws.EDITED UPDATE: the company reached out to me within a day or so of posting my review and were very accommodating & eager to rectify the situation. They sent a PDF of the workouts, which was great. They also replaced the bar with a new one, which came in perfect shape! Amended my review to 5 stars because it is a great piece of equipment, and I was really impressed with the company’s handling of the situation.

Foot strap was missing from box
I went to workout for the first time super excited and realized the foot straps weren’t in the box! Other than that the set looks ans feels amazing and quality but I came workout without the foot straps. Hope you can help

Love this bar!
I love this Pilates bar! I used it for the first time yesterday and I’m sore today! It’s perfect for any level user as it comes with interchangeable weight bands and it’s super compact so you can take it anywhere. It also includes a free 8 week workout plan that is easy to follow. I had to contact customer service because I lost the link the the workouts and they were so kind and helpful and immediately addressed my issue. I definitely recommend this one!
