Hopefully we will receive quick solution.
We received the treadmill today. Package was damaged from shipping but not severely so, after unpacking I found damage to the top of side rails and damage to top left edge of display monitor which had no shipping protection film to deter such damage. Instruction manual could certainly be improved for readability. After following the instructions for assembly and preparation for start up, I powered the unit on and the monitor lit up and then went right to D10 code and then would not start up at all. Referencing the troubleshooting chart D10 is one of two nightmare codes for panel melt down. After trying everything possible for rebooting, I contacted company via email, to which it appears that is the only way report a failure, have yet to hear anything back. I will say after contacting Amazon their customer support staff is trying to help with the problem, thumbs up for that, thanks. Beware!!!Changing to 4.5 since there was damage to the box and upon opening box, found some damage to the treadmill – we can live with that tho

Wont start
Just took it out of the box and set it up and it has already an error message. It says E 12 in the handbook. It says that that means it has communication issues and it gives you three options on what to do replace the lower controller replace the council PCB whatever that is replace the cable I’ve tried everything. I’ve turned it off and on I’ve unplugged it. I’ve done all sorts of things to try to get it to start and it will not. I am super disappointed that I’ve spent this much money and it won’t start.OK, so I changed my review to five star and the reason is because the machine came not working we set it up and it just would not work. It had the error message. It just wouldn’t start at all, but I contacted the seller and they got back to me right away and they sent me a replacement treadmill, which was perfect. We set it up and it is working perfectly so I wanna thank you for your prompt response. Thank you for shipping us a replacement. It was unfortunate that the first one didn’t work at all no matter what we did, but the second one worked great. This machine has a great wide track. It also has a very large screen easy to read. The company is very kind about replacing and very prompt and I highly recommend this treadmill thank you so much.

Very Good treadmill so far. A little small but for the price it is a fair size. Measured the incline and at the machine reading 15% I only read about 9.5%That all said, it has a good top speed, good HR monitor, has lasted over 100 miles at this point without issue. What more can you ask for in a budget treadmill?
