Good Old Fashion Vitamin without added stuff you don’t need
I love these vitamins. I searched for years for just a plain old fashion Vitamin that wasn’t loaded with minerals like calcium, iron….I can’t tolerate vitamins with all the extra minerals added. Try to buy a Vitamin nowadays without all the extra stuff added and the added extra price! After not taking a multi vitamin for years I did research and found this Vitamin. I just love it. I’m on my 3rd bottle! And the price isn’t bad either. I hope they never quit making them.

I get my vitamins while avoiding cobalt and chromium
Have some metal from a surgical prosthesis so use these to get my vitamins while avoiding certain minerals

Good choice
I really like these multivitamins I’ve been using them for like about 15 days now and I have severe low B12 and I get ulcers in my mouth all the time because of that and now that I’ve been using this I feel so much better, but I suggest taking this during lunchtime instead of dinner before sleep because it gives you a acidity if you have a weak stomach lining

No zinc 👍
It’s hard to find products without zinc which I have a sensitivity to. Easy to take, no side effects.

A welcome alternative
I was very relieved to find this. Minerals are a problem for me. If I take too many, especially selenium and potassium, I start getting muscle twitching. The neurologist told me this was an indication of toxicity. She said it was dangerous. Also my blood iron levels tend to be high. My midwife told me immediately after childbirth not to take iron supplements.I do need to take a calcium and mineral complex, but that has specific minerals directed to calcium absorption. I need to focus on just exactly those minerals, and no other minerals. Therefore I prefer to take that separately. You used to be able to get vitamins without minerals in ordinary drug stores, but now they are all in chewable gummy format. I don’t want to eat all that sweetener and candy. The old vitamins, though, were smaller and had a slippery casing. These are larger and harder to swallow. They’re more of a classic tablet. Still, they are not the hardest pill to swallow that I’ve ever taken. I think it would be better if they were elongated, rather than round.

Contains Magnesium, and that’s a mineral
I don’t know if anyone else has this problem, but I am unable to take any magnesium in any form, it interferes with another medication I have to use daily. As soon as I received the Multivitamins I carefully went over the details on the bottle and discovered the pills contain magnesium stearate! Their claim of “NO MINERALS” is an outright lie. I have thrown the bottle away, I can’t use any of the vitamin pills. It should have said “No minerals except magnesium” and I would never have placed the order.

Who Knows?
I’m an elderly individual with 2 Metal-On-Metal (MOM) total hips. I’m had and continue to have elevated cobalt and chromium levels which increase with time and activity level. These are followed at least yearly, but fortunately except for having “dangerously” elevated levels I don’t have local, regional, humoral or systemic signs or symptoms. This product is just about the only vitamin I’m able to find that is mineral free. I don’t want to add insult to injury.
