Burning more calories while you’re cleaning!
I purchased the 20 pound and wear it around the house while cleaning and short walks. I didn’t experience the chemical smell other reviews posted. It is actually comfortable and I love the pockets if you wanna throw keys or money in while you are out and about on your walks. I think the weight is distributed perfectly and it’s very well-made with adjustable straps in the front based on how snug you prefer it excellent quality for the price

Great weighted best overall. I bought the 12 pound version and it gives me a great workout when I go on my walks. It’s comfortable and easy to wear. The weight is evenly distributed. The straps can be adjusted for sizing. It did have a chemical smell when I first took it out of the box but that has disappeared after a few uses. I’m enjoying the curability and functionality of this product- I’m vested💪

A simple, effective way to build strength throughout the day.The only thing I don’t love is the placement of the strap—it’s a bit awkward for those of us with a fuller bust. It can feel uncomfortable or get in the way, which is something to keep in mind if you’re curvier on top. Otherwise, it’s a great vest for functional, everyday use.

This vest is amazing. It’s comfortable and easy to adjust and did not have the strong chemical smell as others have reported it stays in place and doesn’t rub. I am able to walk briskly and or run in it which I appreciate. It’s easy to use while doing chores around the house and comfortable to do walking lunges or squats as well. I can immediately feel the difference of the slight resistance in my daily workouts and I ordered the 12 pound vest and it wasn’t intimidating whatsoever.

This thing is great. Use it everyday. Fits comfortably for me and i’m 6’3 and 210 lbs. Started with the 20lbs version and after a i hit a certain number of reps for pulls ups, dips, and squats i will move up. Definitely recommend
